We offer paid group medical insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance, as well as voluntary dental and cancer insurance. The Bank also offers a voluntary retirement plan (401K) to all employees who work at least 1,000 hours each year. The Bank currently matches 50% of the employee contribution up to 6% of compensation. The Bank observes all Federal holidays and also offers vacation and sick leave based on length of service. A short-term disability plan is available as a means to provide payroll-protection in the event of an extended illness.
