Online Banking

Is there a fee for online banking?

How do I sign up for online banking?

To sign up for Personal Online Banking, At the top of this screen under "Access Your Online Accounts" simply click the link Enroll Now and follow the prompts. For eBusiness, customers must complete an application and provide proper business documentation. Simply give us call or stop by one of our branches, enrollment can be completed in just a few simple steps.

How do I export my account information from online banking to a financial management software, such as Microsoft Money, Quicken or QuickBooks?

Simply log on to Online Banking, select the account to export, Click "Download" button. On the Export screen, you can select the date range and file type. Click Download transactions.

Does Clover Community Bank offer Mobile Banking?

We do offer Mobile Banking! Currently Mobile Banking is for personal accounts only. Simply enroll today through your Online Banking login. Once logged into Personal Online banking, select the Profile button, scroll to the Mobile Banking section and enter cellular information. All the same convenience of Online banking through your handheld device!

How do I enroll for eStatements?

To enroll, log into your online banking, select the Profile button, scroll to the Electronic Statements section, verify email address, and select the account(s) you wish to enroll.

Are deposits covered by FDIC?

Yes. All deposit accounts at Clover Community Bank are insured up to the full limit approved by the FDIC. Complete insurance detail can be found using EDIE the Estimator at the following website: www.fdic.gov/EDIE. EDIE can be used to calculate the insurance coverage of all types of deposit accounts offered by an FDIC-insured bank, including: Checking accounts, Savings accounts, Money Market Accounts and Certificates of deposit.

Does Clover Community Bank offer a free checking account?

Clover Community Bank does offer several accounts that are service charge free and some that even pay you. See our checking account comparison chart for more information.

Can I get overdraft protection for my account?

Yes!  We offer several types of overdraft protection.  Please drop by one of our branches and ask for details.

Service

Can I bring rolled coin into the bank?

We offer coin counting machines at both Offices. You can bring your mixed loose coin and simply pour into the machine. Within minutes all your coin is counted and sorted and a receipt is printed for you to collect the cash. This service is FREE to all account holders and also available to non-account holders for a fee. Any rolled coin will have to be un-rolled and counted through the machine.

What number do I contact if I have lost my debit card?

To report a lost or stolen Debit card you may contact us at (803) 222-7660 or after business hours call 1-800-500-1044.

How can I get a new debit card?

We do require a new debit card application form to be completed with signature to order a new debit card. Stop by either of our branch locations.

Can I reorder checks online?
